The Rions

From their early beginnings as high school classmates, The Rions have cemented their status as ‘ones to watch’ – going from winning triple j’s Unearthed High in 2021 with their now ARIA Gold Certified single ‘Night Light’, to having amassed over 62 million global streams across their catalogue. With an indie rock sensibility that draws from influences including Role Model, The Japanese House and Sam Fender, their infectious pop hooks are propelled by the unfiltered authenticity they bring to their lyrics.

Following a momentous 2024, with sold-out shows across the globe, and an EP debuting at #4 on the ARIA Top Australian Albums chart, Eora / Sydney indie pop favourites The Rions return in 2025 with the announcement of their debut album, Everything Every Single Day, releasing October 3rd. On a project that encapsulates the self-discovery of a band that’s only just getting started, they share, “In some ways, it feels like the first real step. It’s the most open wound we’ve allowed the world to see thus far, and an insight into our lives as humans. All our triumphs, our regrets, our shortcomings, our philosophies, our hopes, and our dreams on a 13-track silver platter.” To celebrate, the band have announced an accompanying headline tour in theatres across the country, as well as a return to the UK and EU for an eight-date run. Pre-empting the album, the band has seen consistent success this year with 2025 singles ‘Shut You Out’, ‘Maybe I’m Just a Freak’, and ‘Tonight’s Entertainment’.
