- Ticket resale is permitted only through the authorised resale facility where offered by the ticketing partner.
- Tickets listed or sold through unauthorised resale sites may be cancelled without refund.

- The event may proceed in most weather conditions. We may make operational changes for safety, including temporary evacuation, delay, relocation or programming adjustments.
- No refund will be provided where entry is refused because the attendee is under 18 or cannot present acceptable identification, where the 18 plus restriction and identification requirements were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Force majeure: If we cannot perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, acts of nature, public health orders, industrial action, power failure or acts of government), we may cancel, postpone or vary the event. We will act in accordance with applicable laws and ticketing partner policies.
